File manager to move MP3s

Does anyone know of a Cydia app that would allow me to move mp3 files from the folder of the music downloader app to the main ipod app? iFile won't do it.

Also is there a way to move muisc from an app like download manager pro to the ipod app on an iPhone without a computer?

the only one that I know of was MewSeek but it has not been updated for 5.

you can use "Muze" App to play download song and songs in itunes's library

there are the App called "Muze" that let you download and play the MP3 file with the songs in iphone/ipod touch library. so you don't have to copy MP3 file into itune's library
