File Merge App ... or ... xMerge Alternative

Anyone know of a good file merge app (hopefully free)? I've been using xMerge 1.2 ... which is good, but limited. I don't need anything complex. Just something that will handle a larger file load.

Have you tried Apple's FileMerge app that comes with Xcode and the other Dev tools? It can't do anything fancy, but it maybe all you need.

Once you install it from the OS DVD, it's located in /Developer/Applications/Utilities.

I tried that but it doesn't seem to cut it for the number of files and folders I need to merge.

I've settled on "Big Mean Folder Machine" to combine my folders and "File Stitcher" to combine the files.
