Doing my PhD I work at three locations, an iMac at home, an iBook out and about and at my uni-supplied PC. My Pc work is saved to a remote disk so I have transferred my files over to both mac's using scp via the terminal. What I want is suggestions of how to keep about a Gb of files in sync with one another. I think .mac would work by simply putting all the files in one place but there's only 250Mb of space. Of course, having the files in three locations is a good thing backup-wise but surely there must be a way to automate the appropriate scp commands or some software to do it all for me?

Can anyone recommend anything?

Thing is, I'm happy with the files in three places and I have the means to transport individual files - but i'd like something syncs things up, so if I've been working on three files for a while at one location, it would update at the other two...

Is there anything that does this?
