File sharing between macs

Before I was able to access files in my drop box on my desktop from my macbook. Now i can't sing on at all....I didnt do anything different and didnt adjust any firewall settings or anything like that...anyone know wtf is up wit dat??

As almost always more information is needed to give you a proper solution.

What Mac OS X version are your running on both Macs, what are the settings you use, how are the two Mac connected (wireless or via cable)?

And why is the Drop Box folder on your Desktop?
