File Sharing permissions El Capitan

HELP! on Christmas eve my Sharecenter Media files server cannot be accessed. All of a sudden I cannot log in - keep getting "you do not have permission to access this server." Also, I cannot link to ANY of the other computers in the house under file sharing. "Original item cannot be found"

Any ideas?
