File sharing slow

I setup File Sharing on my Mac Mini, which is connected via ethernet to my router. I can connect to it through my MBA but when I try to copy a 200mb file between computers I get a transfer speed of 200KB and an ETA of 45 minutes! That can't be normal because I can download a 200mb file from a website in 2 minutes.

Anyone else have really, really slow file sharing speeds? And can anyone help diagnose this problem.
