Tried to search for other people having similar problems, but couldn't seem to find anything. I have Mac Mini OSX 10.6.5. connected via ethernet to a Netgear WNR2000v3 which in turn is connected to my cable modem. File sharing via AFP is turned on. Also have a Macbook Pro OSX 10.8.2 connected wirelessly to the network with file sharing turned on. When trying to copy a file from the Macbook to the mac mini, it runs painfully slow. 1gb takes at least 30 min.
Can't seem to figure out what could be causing the slow speed. Is the culprit the wireless router?
