File size for iPad (3/HD) movies?

Trying to decide 16, 32, 64... what would i be looking at for a full-length iPad 3-compatible movie?
 
Anywhere between 3 to 4 gigs depending on the movie. Could be higher for 1080p, I'm wondering about that.
