Is there a way to show in Finder for all files instantly the file Size (or other file information) in the finder bar, instead of double clicking on the file and "Get info" which always takes me 3-4 seconds.
Or is there a way to hover over files and get the minimum file information like in Windows?

Take a look at the the Finder View options > View options > Show item info to see if that might satisfy some of what you're looking for.

Yes, if you change the View option (top menu) to "as List", it will show columns with information like Size (you can modify, resize those as you see fit). For more information check this Apple article.
Alternatively, you may try File Inspector - click Command-Option-I when a file is highlighted. It will bring up a regular Info windows, but you won't need to open it for the files individually, the window will stay up and will change with each file/folder. (source)
