file transfer via bluetooth

so i have a bluetooth antenna for my PC(XP), and my macbook. and i was wondering if there is a way to transfer files? ive tried. but when i pair them, it tells me there are no available features...

this is very aggrevating. i can send files from my PC to my MAC no problem. but the reverse doens't work. it tells me "device does not have the nessacery services" and i want to pull my hair out! haha
