i'm going to make this post short and 2 da point.

what is the simplest and fastest way to conduct large file transfers over the internet between a mac and pc?

please keep in mind the 2 pc users are NOT computer savy so it needs to be simple. thanx all!

i'm also thinking about setting up a vnc on the pc which i could do using logmein.

do all vnc's support file transfer? for example, lets say i have a picture file on my mac, can i just drag-n-drop it onto the pc?

If it's not too large, there are a lot of free hosting sites out there. Try looking around.
