File Transfers between macs

I have a g5 and a macbook. The macbook can see the G5, if i go to connect to server under the GO menu in the finder. But the G5 can't see or find the macbook. Appletalk is on on both. I'm sure whatever it is its something simple, i just don't know what it is.
 
Check to see if Personal File Sharing is turned on under System Preferences --> Sharing --> Services on the MacBook.
