I just built a new desktop and I need to move all my music and photos over to it. I have file sharing turned on via SMB on the OSX side, and the Win7 machine can see the computer just fine, it's just transferring data absurdly slowly, about 230 KB/s. Everything is hardwired to my router with Ethernet cables. Any idea how I could speed this up?
