Hi Does Anyone Know What File Types I Need To Download Or Convert Too Put In The Iphone?

We need more information, and for you to stop capitalizing every word in your sentence, please.

Starting at the beginning:

If your movies are on VHS, buy a VHS/DVD recorder and put them on DVDs.

If your movies are on DVD and you have a Mac, download HandBrake, pop them in, and rip them to an iTunes format.

If your movies are in iTunes, right click them and select Convert for iPhone.

Then sync to your iPhone. Voila!

If you have Windows, there are many comparable programs out there.

File format is mp4 or h.264.

As stated above their are programs to convert them to the appropriate format.
