File Vault 2 Problems!!! PLEASE HELP!

OK so the problem is that once I encrypt with file vault i am no longer able to log in on our domain with a new user. So if I set up the mac, encrypt it, and hand it off to a user on the domain they cannot login. Is there a way to fix this?? In Mavericks there was a way and here is the link, but in Yosemite I'm not seeing anything.. PLEASE HELP!!!

Those options are also available on Yosemite. I am not sure why they are not visible on your system, but did you try to restart the mac after adding a new user?
