I purchased Anyattach simply based off the developers track record with their previous tweak, Safari Upload Enabler. I found both their tweaks are really stable and work as advertised. (Running 4.2.1)
I've experienced no conflicts or crashes since I've installed them.
Anyattach has been working great for me. Maybe coincidence, but I noticed my battery life got bad right after I installed it. May remove it and run it for a few days without to see if any appreciable differences.
