Filemaker Pro 10 - how to get padding (white space) around words

I'm trying to move the borders of the fields farther away from the text entered into the fields.

I cannot find any setting for padding. And even if I increase text size, the text still sticks too close to the field border.

Do you know how to get padding done in Filemaker Pro 10? (I have 10, not 11).

In text Format Mode, you can set the text field as a paragraph and indent it. There is no padding setting that I know of.
