Is it possible to export data from an old version of Filemaker Pro (2.1) so it can be imported by the Address Book on OS 10.4? I'm also wondering about exporting from Filemaker Pro so I can open it in MS Word 2004.

Thanks.

FileMaker 2.1 will export in tab-delimited or comma-delimited text format, as well as SYLK and DBF. I actually know a lot more about FmPro 2.1 than I do about Address Book, but I'd suspect it can import from one of these formats.

You'll want to export in the field-order expected by Address Book.

Word can open plain-text files. You will lose field formatting, but if you only want the data, this will give it to you.
