FileMaker Pro - default zoom size?

I am running FileMaker Pro 8.5 with Mac OSX 10.4.11 and have just bought a 22" flat screen monitor. I love it so far, but am having problems setting a new default zoom size to something other than 100% (which makes the type look VERY small). The zoom setting doesn't save with each file and there doesn't seem to be a place to set a default in the program for all files. Anybody have a solution for this? Thanks! Michael
