Hi There

I have a small office with 5 computer users and 1 server. The server is solely for hosting my FileMaker Pro Database. Currently the entire network is setup with G3 eMacs. As it is time for an upgrade I have 4 x G4 PowerMacs which will replace the old G3s. I will need two new computers. I was considering 2 x 1.42Ghz MiniMacs with 512MB Ram. Is one of the MiniMacs OK as the host for the FileMaker Database? All machines will run Tiger, FileMaker Pro 7 and FileMaker Pro 7 Server for the host.

Perhaps, it will be best to host the database from the best G4 tower - which is a 1.25Ghz with 768MB ram. Yes?

Thanks.
