iPod Filename to Metadata in TV Shows

There is an old software called TriTag, that can automatically fill your mp3 info by reading the filename You just have to specify how to read it, and tell how are the different fields placed in the filename.

The problem is that now that software got old (last version is from '04) and it won't work with mp4.

I need a way to automatically apply the information from the filename in a TV Show to the proper fields in the itunes metadata. Basically, an updated TriTag would be perfect.

Please let me know if there's any script or software that can do this.
