FilePlanet Problem, need help with it!!!!!!!

the other day i tried to download a item from file planet for my mac. i clicked on the download button and it opened a new window that had this (\download\1\url\http://oc2x1.fileplanet.com/^1652196869/ftp1/122002/rtcw_demo.sit\) i,m very confused because i opened a new window and copied and pasted it and it came up with an error message. someone please help with this problem and tell me how to download from fileplanet!
