iPhone Files app unusable after 13.1.2 update

I use Files to access my photography that I edit on my MBP to post on IG. Never had an issue with it. After I updated to 13.1.2 it locks up whenever I tap a photo. Occasionally it’ll load the photo after a long time of waiting.

Anyone else have issues with Files?
