Files, ICloud Drive and photos not syncing

Hi everyone

As the title suggest my files app is not showing any of my files in the cloud. I have checked the cloud and everything is there(well mostly) but why are they not showing in the files app?

I’ve tried the solutions: deleting the app, toggling drive on/off and others but am having no luck

Interestingly and could be unrelated is that my OneDrive is also not uploading every photo, only a few..

Can anyone help as they are not showing on my iPhone 6s or my IPad Air

Actually figured out I was using it completely wrong. Tbh now I know how to, what a letdown, seems like a scam to just buy bigger iPhones storage
