Files in folder open with specific application

Hello,

This is driving me crazy. I want all files I put in a certain folder to open with a specific application. i.e:

Folder 1 - every .PDF I put into this folder will be opened by Acrobat

Folder 2 - every .JPG I put into this folder to be opened by Photoshop

Is there a solution for this? i have tried Default Folder X and Pathfinder and both can't do what I want.

Thanks for any help.
