Filevault 2 & Login Accounts

If Filevault 2 is on for me I assume it is on for any user account that I create on my Mac?

Yes. The entire drive is covered.

But, by default, only the account that enabled Filevault 2 can boot the computer. You have to add other accounts to the list to allow them to start the computer.
