Filevault settings in Profile Manager Help

It is asking for a DER certified Certificate and wont take filevaultMaster.cer that I created for a Enterprise FileVault Key .



Any Ideas on what this means or how to get around it so it will take the .cer file so I can set up a policy to have certain computers run Filevault
