I cannot develop anymore on my MB, disk is basically full with close of 170G of System Data.
I almost sure that is because of the Apple Disk Images that are needed for the simulators as size matches (see attachment)
The problem is that I cannot eject them or get rid of those using the normal disk utilities (it get's error that is in use even if XCode is not running). Of course under "Developer" section in storage is not accounted.

Any idea apart from buying a new mac with 8T of disk of sotrage for developing a 300Mb iOS App ?

It's incredible that there is no control from Apple on the storage used while developing. Frustrating

Why not just delete the unneeded ones?

Xcode -> Settings -> Components
Thank you, that did the trick. I was removing "run destinations" assuming that simulators were also deleted. It's strange though that all that storage is not accounted on the "Developer" section in storage settings, but in "System Data"
