Film/Negative Scanner Suggestions

Couldn't find any recent threads on this, but I was wondering if anyone had a suggestions for a sub-$200 film/negative scanner. It does not need to do documents, but I would like it to do as many frames as possible (either batch scanning or some sort of automated pullthrough process).
