filtering email out of "find" feature

Everytime I search for a file (Apple+F), I get over 100 results that are archived Eurdora email folders. I guess this search has the ability to scan text within documents in the folders. Is there a way to search by file name only and eliminate the extra 100+ results I get? I see that there are plenty of search options, but there doesn't appear to be one to search by file name only. Any ideas? Thanks, Michael
