filtering emails on the iPhone

Is there a way to filter out unwanted emails from being pushed to my phone. Perhaps someone knows of an app that can do this?. i get loads of emails but sometimes i only want to be alerted when certain emails have arrived?.

Check out [app]MailTones[/app], it supposedly can let you know what kind of email came in. Not sure on the details though, as I didn't find the email alert sound I wanted, so I never tried setting the rest of it up.

It's the closest thing to what you're looking for that I can think of anyways.

Check out pushmail .. you have to forward all emails but you can set and customize 'specific' emails to be notified.
