I've noticed that if I take a photo with a filter in iOS7, and then later download it from my Photostream on another device (such as my Mac) the filter is no longer applied in the Photostream version of the photo).

Is this the expected behavior? I expected the filters to transfer into Aperture just like crops/tilts/adjustments of the levels transfer over in a non destructive way. Is this not possible with iOS7 filters? If not it makes those filters a lot less useful.

ive noticed the same thing, but it appears to be limited to iPhoto's photo stream. if I take a picture with my iPhone 4s (running iOS 7) and apply a filter, the filter is not applied when i view my Photo Stream in iPhoto '11 on my Mac Book Pro (running OS X 10.8.5). However, the filters are applied to the images when i view my Photo Stream on my iPad 2 (running iOS 6).
