Filth in front facing camera

My iPhone 5S has something white dust-like covering the front facing camera. I tried canned air but there's not really anywhere to blow it. Is the only way to fix it to remove the glass?

Likely due to carrying your phone in your pocket. The phone will need to be taken apart to clean out this debris. Apple might do it for you, even out of warranty. You never know unless you ask.
