Final Cut 4/moving clips

Everytime I move/insert a video clip in the timeline, the A2 audio track moves from that location down to A3. I haven't edited anything on that A2 track, but it won't stay put and it won't let me move it back up to the A2 position. The A1 track stays where it is supposed to be, just the A2 moves. Anybody have any advice? Most appreciated.
