final cut coloured stop motion blur effect help

im looking to create a video effect like stop motion blur but colour so coloued other then bluy.
does anyone know how to creat this

Which FCP version do you have? If it is FCP 5, 6 or 7, you have access to Motion, the compositing application of the Final Cut Studio suite.
Do you have any experience with compositing?
Do you perhaps have a visual example to show us what you mean?
