I was at the apple store today on a mac pro / 2.66 /2gb RAM using final cut pro. I was using the stock video tuts they have in it and playing around with it. Much to my surprise, I did a 4x4 nest of video clips on the timeline, and what do you know...i got a dropped frames crash error. It wouldn't play the movie when i did overlay and multiply effects either...How could this be on a brand new mac pro with 2 gb ram? is this normal? I thought these machines were meant for heavy editing?
