Final Cut Express 4 audio recover

i am using final cut express 4 and am wrapping up a 30 min project. went back and noticed that i accidentally deleted one of the audio tracks from a couple clips....so they play in mono now. the clips have been heavily edited and synced to music, so i would really prefer not to reload it.
is there a shortcut to recovering a deleted audio track?

for anyone who is interested....i didn't recover the other track, just opened up the mono one and set the pan to 0 (centered) and now that one track will play from both channels. way easier.

Basically you're selecting the clip. Press F. Press up. Apple+F10.
