It's not the processor that will matter but the video card. You may have to apply a hack to the video detection routine ( replacing a preferences file ) to get it to work properly. Can anyone else confirm?
FCE will actually work fine with integrated Intel graphics - no hacking. Some FxPlug filters may not work without a discrete GPU, however.
