Final Cut Express HD + Motion?

Hi,

I was wonder if Final Cut Express HD integrates with Motion (v2, preferably) similarly to how it integrates with Final Cut Pro. Has anyone tried this?

I'd love to pick up Motion ($149 w/ Educational discount w00t), but I hate to drop the money and be frustrated with a lack of "expected" interoperability.

So -- Any FCE HD + Motion users around?

I can't comment on FCE - Motion integration myself, but I know at the very worst you can do an export to .mov in FCE then import and do work in motion then export back to .mov and import back to FCE. But it could be much better than that; I am not exactly sure. Why not go to an apple store and ask?

I'm 100+ miles from the nearest.

I have a Motion demo disc (got it today from CompUSA -- but it's only 1.0). I may just install it and see what happens.
