Having got the upgrade in the post it now wont install.
My mac meets the spec (had to get a new graphics card to do it)
Enter the upgrade Serial number then the original serial number but the OK tab remains greyed out. Any ideas why it is not accepting the original express serial number?

Powermac G4/dual 1.4Ghz, Radeon 9000 pro, loads of ram.

loads of ram means? maybe you should contact Apple, hmm?

1.25Gb of RAM.. still cant get it to accept the original serial number

Are you sure you purchased the correct upgrade version (there are 2 or 3)?
The guy over at hdforindies.com had to go back to his local Apple store twice 'cause they kept trying to give him the wrong upgrade version from what he pre-ordered.
