Exported video after the quality drop is still low quality.
The second version of the clip matched the Sequence Preset EXACTLY in frame rate, compressor, and size.
This hasn't always happened, but I've managed to work around it before (usually it just involved forcing Final Cut to render something it didn't want to render) but now it seems to happen WHEN I render it instead of the rendering fixing it.
