I had just saved a project on Final Cut Express and then i was exiting out of Final Cut and exited out of the time line and viewer then went up to file-quit-and then a pop up comes up saying would you like to save this project..afraid that i didnt save it correctly i push save again and then thats when i freak out.
I go to re-open it and only my Browser shows up. I go to View -and time line is grayed out. I cant bring it up again! Is it lost forever! Does anyone Know how to get back my timeline!?
My project is due this monday and I really need to get finished with it, i really dont want to start over.

I would just like to say thank you so much.
I've just been searching hopelessly for hours and hours trying to find out how to recover my 5-minute-long-intensely-edited-film through the internet.
Thank god I found this thread through the Google search engine.
