If this has already been answered, can someone please point me in the right direction. I posted this question in the Apple TV forum also.
I shoot all of my home videos on an HD camcorder and use Final Cut Express 4 to edit and process them into final form. I don't know (or understand) what settings or file formats I should be using to export the video for high quality viewing on my Apple TV. Any help would be appreciated.
