Final Cut Express Problem ...

I just updated to FCE 2 and discovered a problem. When I click capture "Now" I get a message saying that the end of the tape has been reached and the capture stops.

Any ideas on how to resolve this? I tried the Apple forums but they seem to be down at the moment.

edit: Problem Resolved. I forgot to set it up for a DV converter. Sometimes the obvious gets obscured by the details.
