Final Cut Express Will not Print to Video

So as the title says, Final Cut will not print to video on any of my projects. (Even ones that have worked in the past). It wont even play the video through to my camera! It keeps giving me this error message. I am attaching the screen shots. Any idea what I can do? Or what would be the problem?

EDIT: I am burning a separate video in iDVD at the moment, could that be playing a factor?

EDIT 2: (Problem Fixed!): It was iDVD that was keeping my camera from connecting properly, I am not sure why but if anyone encounters the same problem that is the fix. Thanks anyways!

ok you need to change your settings....

this is the form for FCP studio, but i suspect its the same for Express.

next to the apple menu, top left on your screen is the "FINAL CUT PRO" menu.

select Audio/Video Settings

then

A/V Devices

then make the appropriate choices from the drop-down menu !!
