Final Cut Express

Does anyone know if you can install Final Cut Express on two laptops. The person at apple sales said that you could only install it on one desktop and one laptop. Can anyone confirm this?

The license explicitly says 1 Desktop, 1 Laptop for use by a single person (so only 1 of the 2 installations in use at any time).

Of course the installer doesn't actually check that but you'd be outside the license and opening yourself up to a lawsuit from Apple.
