i want to buy final cut pro 5.1 HD and i have a macbook aluminum 2008.. 2GHz intel core 2 duo and 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3.... someone knows if FCP will work on it??

Of course FCP will work on it (Like on mine). The question is, Why FCP 5 HD? Go get FCP X. More features, more ease of use and support for 64 bit.
FCP X works great on mine.
