Final Cut Pro 5 Compatibility

I am currently running Final Cut Studio 1 on one of my rigs, and am considering finally upgrading it to 10.5. If I do so the whole suite will still work, correct? Just went through a NIGHTMARE with the QT 7.4 update and want to make sure that if I do bite the bullet and update to 10.5 that I won't be screwed.
