Final Cut Pro 7 Crashes when adding Filters

FCP keeps crashing when i try to add filter effects. I posted a link to a text file which contains the error code. Really need to get this working to start an assignment. Thanks in advance!

Hmmm... Your link goes directly to Mediafire's main page.

Is this happening with the default FCP filters, with third-party ones or with both?

Restart your computer.

Repair disk permissions.

Restart again and then launch fcp.

If you still have the issue. Create a new project file and copy just the clips from your timeline onto a new sequence in the new project.

If you are still having issues, reinstall final cut studio
