Final cut pro and itouch

Looking for work around in export from fcpro using itouch film.

I export and have issues in sound film length.

Render line in fcpro all ok plays fine.

At the moment i can export in fcpro to QT compression this works.

But way quicker to use imovie on itouch export render all done, example

I am using 808 cam

Which works fine i include this as it has on Apple I same formats and works.

So help needed on export itouch from fcpro please.

Ideas welcome.
